THREE men attacked a teenager in Redditch, stealing his money and bike before escaping into an underpass.

At around 10pm on Saturday (October 14) a 15-year-old boy was cycling past the petrol station on Coldfield Drive, heading towards the underpass that runs beneath the Alvechurch Highway when he noticed three men walking towards him.

As he cycled past, one of the men pushed him and demanded money.

The teenager refused, but one of the men then yanked a quantity of cash from his pocket while another took his bike and rode off towards Tesco on Coldfield Drive.

One of the men then- punched him to the face – before two of the men walked off towards the underpass.

Shortly afterwards, the victim found his bike on the footpath.

The first man is white, in his late 30s or early 40s, around 5ft 8in tall, of wide build and clean shaven. He was wearing a black woolly hat over his head, blacky grey tracksuit bottoms, white Lonsdale trainers and spoke with an eastern European accent.

The second man is also thought to be white, around 6ft 3in tall, of slim build, was dressed in a blue hooded top pulled over his head, dark blue loose fitting jeans.

The third man is white, around 6ft tall, in his early 20s, of slim to medium build with stubble. He was wearing a black Parker-style coat with a furry hood, which was pulled up, and light grey tracksuit bottoms.

Police are investigating the robbery and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
