The impact of Covid - Redditch launches survey into pandemic

Redditch Editorial 24th Nov, 2021   0

HOW do you people feel about Covid-19 and the vaccination programme? That’s the question Redditch Borough Council is asking residents.

Partners including Public Health, the NHS, Worcestershire County Council and the council are working together to determine how residents in the local community feel about the vaccination and their thoughts on having or not having the vaccine.

To help them they’ve created a survey which is available at: www.redditchbc.gov.uk/consultations

Paper copies will also be available at the Town Hall and a number will in community locations at Sandycroft Centre, West Avenue, Smallwood, B98 7DH and at BARN (Bromsgrove and Redditch Network) Community House, 103 Easemore Road, B98 8EY.

“In Redditch we have a very diverse mix of communities and I’d urge everyone to get involved and have their say so that we, and other partner organisations, can get a true representation of residents’ views,” said council Leader Councillor Matt Dormer.

“It is an important piece of partnership work which will ensure local perspectives are considered in Covid-19 work.”

The data will be stored by Redditch Borough Council and only used for the express purpose of supporting the local partnership approach to Covid-19.

The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete and will close at 5pm on Monday, January 31, 2022.
