THE surge in Covid-19 infections in Redditch makes sobering reading.
On January 13 we had higher infection rates than neighbouring Solihull.
At the same time the roll out of the vaccine is continuing apace, but not fast enough.
The experts reckon we need to innoculate 75 per cent of the population to get on top of the virus – that’s 45 million people so we’ve still got a way to go.
In the meantime, stay safe.
