AN INTERIOR design business based in Redditch has been given a twitter boost from TV’s Theo Paphitis, best known for his work on Dragons’ Den.
Thomas Fischer Interiors’ Twitter account tweeted Theo during ‘Small Business Sunday’ and were one of the lucky six winners to gain a retweet to his 500,000 followers.
Every Sunday Theo retweets small businesses which he thinks deserve recognition.
As a result Thomas Fischer gained more Twitter followers and enquiries about its services.
They are also profiled on Theo’s Small Business Website.
Jay Fischer, who set up the business with Ollie Thomas, said: “We’re very proud to be recognised by such a public figure.
“It can be hard to raise a profile so we’re glad Theo has helped us spread the word about what we’re doing.”
Design duo Jay and Ollie have more than 15 years experience in both commercial and residential interior design.
Their aim is to deliver distinguished designs which are recognisable through their quality, function and fine details.
Small business champion Theo Paphitis said: “My idea behind it is for everyone I’ve ever retweeted to become part of a friendly club where they can share their success stories.
