MORE than £100,000 was spent on failed driving tests by learners in Redditch last year.
Statistics published by The Car People show that a staggering £134,478 was splashed out on failed examinations between April and December 2016.
During those eight months 3,604 learners took their test with 2,169 failing.
Figures show the first-time pass rate in Redditch was 44 per cent (45.9 per cent for men, 42.1 per cent for women)
