THREE people in Redditch are jumping for joy after winning £1,000 each in the People’s Postcode Lottery.
The Dorridge Close neighbours netted the windfall when their lucky postcode – B97 5XQ – was announced as a daily prize winner on Sunday, November 1.
Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson sent his well-wishes to the winners.
He said: “A big congratulations to our winners in Redditch.
“What a great way to kick off the month. I’m sure they’ll enjoy spending the cash and treat themselves to something special.”
At least 32 per cent of ticket sales go directly to charities.
Players of the People’s Postcode Lottery have raised more than £600 million to date for thousands of good causes in Britain and beyond.
