THREE men have been charged with drug offenses following a police raid on Smallwood Street last Saturday, November 2.
Honho Nguyen, aged 37, Neil Dixon, 58 and Thanh Hoang, 52, all of no fixed address were charged with the production of cannabis.
All three appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday, November 5.
Nguyen and Hoan were remanded in custody until December 2 where they will appear back at the court to enter a plea.
Dixon was released on conditional bail.
