Top tips on looking after you and your mental health at your fingertips

LOCAL health teams are helping people across the area with their physical and mental health over summer, writes Carrie Eddins.

Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is running a school health drop-in where it will offer help with issues like bullying, anxiety, and sexual health every Wednesday throughout August for 13-19 year olds at Smallwood House, Church Green East, Redditch, B97 4BD from 12midday to 1pm.

There are also helpful hints on staying hydrated over the hot weeks ahead and several local cafes and restaurants have become refill stations where the public can refill water bottles for free.

Meanwhile people living with long term health conditions can take advantage of Healthy Minds, a six session course in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
