FOR the second year running, The Turks Head in Alcester has been awarded the prestigious ‘Pub of the Year 2019’ by the Shakespeare Branch of Campaign for Real Ale – CAMRA.
The family-run business, on the High Street, is known for providing high quality ales.
Licensees Carl Buxton and Karen Lucchesi-Buxton are thrilled with their success.
Karen said: “It’s an amazing feeling to win two years in a row. You don’t see that happen very often.
“I think our fantastic ales and high-quality casks are what make us really standout.”
