THERE was a lucky escape after a two-car crash in Redditch yesterday afternoon (Tuesday).
The emergency services attended the incident at the junction of Moons Moat Drive and Rickyard Lane around 4.50pm.
One fire crew from Redditch and one from Bromsgrove, along with West Midlands Ambulance Service, attended.
Two people were injured but, West Mercia Police said, not seriously.
Firefighters made the vehicles safe and the road was closed for a short time while vehicles were recovered.
