OFFICERS searching for Hollywood woman Eve Cullen who has now been missing for more than a week have received a call saying it is thought she has been seen in South Birmingham.

The unconfirmed sighting of the 52-year-old, who left her home about 2.30pm last Thursday (July 17), was on the Kings Norton Business Park.

She has brown collar-length hair and glasses and, when she was last seen, she was wearing a mustard t-shirt, green three-quarter-length trousers and white trainers. She is known to have ties to the Birmingham area.

Actions carried out by West Mercia Police in a bid to find the married mother-of-three have included house-to-house enquiries and leaflet drops, along with further searches with the police dogs and the force helicopter.

And earlier this week, Supt Kevin Purcell, of West Mercia Police, personally appealed to Eve through the media to get in touch.

He said: “We would like to ask Eve to please make contact with us to reassure both the police and her family that she is safe and well.

“She can do this by walking into any police station in the country or by phoning the non-emergency police number 101.

“We would also like to thank the public for their continued support.

“The local community have been taking part in the police-led searches and we are grateful for their assistance.

“I would appeal to anyone who has seen a woman matching her description to make contact with police.”

Officers are asking people to report any sightings of a woman matching her description to West Mercia Police on the non-emergency number 101.
