Harry Leach 1st Jul, 2019

A REDDITCH man was arrested last week following a motorbike crash on Plymouth Road.

The uninsured red 600cc motorbike crashed into two parked cars at around 2am on Friday (June 28) morning.

It is believed the man, aged 32, has denied being the driver, claiming he was riding as a passenger on the vehicle instead.

21-year-old Harriet Brown, who lives at a nearby property said: “I woke up after hearing the crash.

“I saw someone running down the street when I looked out my window.

“Not long after the police turned up with a sniffer dog.”

A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: “The incident involved three vehicles.

“A van, a car and the motorbike.”
