PUPILS and staff at Vaynor First School held a joint Remembrance ceremony on Monday with youngsters from Walkwood CE Middle School.
The head of Walkwood, Rev Clive Leach, presided and a ‘field’ of poppies was planted to honour those who died in the First World War.
