VAYNOR First School will held its twelfth Macmillan coffee morning yesterday (Friday September 27) after it was initially established in memory of a much-loved parent.
Headteacher Mrs Dunstan said: “Unfortunately there have been a number of children within our school community over the years, who have suffered the loss of a parent or loved one, many from the effects of cancer.
“This is one way each year that we can come together and raise money to support other families in our community during those difficult times.”
