VINTAGE Trax in Redditch are rewinding the clock this weekend for a celebration of all things retro.
On Saturday (October 14) the independent record shop are hosting an event for Cassette Store Day, one of the only stores in the Midlands to be supporting the occasion.
Cassette Store Day was founded in London by a group of UK labels in 2013, and has grown into a highly anticipated event, now in its fifth year.
The day of global celebrations is in honour of the humble cassette tape, and opening up the doors at 10.30am, Vintage Trax will be stocking some of the new cassette releases along with 100s of preloved retro tapes across all genres.
At around 3pm, they will also be attempting to set a record for the cassettes toppled in a domino fashion.
