WARWICKSHIRE County Council’s Fire and Rescue Service (WFRS) has been recognised for its response to the Covid-19 pandemic by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS).
These efforts have been acknowledged in a letter from HMICFRS, following a recent inspection looking at its response to the coronavirus pandemic.
HMICFRS said they were impressed with how WFRS continued with responding to emergency incidents, whilst increasing the support available to help those most vulnerable in the community during the pandemic.
