Temperatures will drop to 0°C and westerly winds will reach up to 15mph making it bitterly cold.
The yellow warning for snow and ice will be in place from 12.05am on Friday through to 6pm on Saturday.
The heaviest snow is expected to fall in Redditch, Bromsgrove and South West Birmingham where it is expected to last throughout the day and could get up to 5cm, especially on hills.
