POLICE are appealing for information after a white Audi A3 S Line was stolen from an address in the Sambourne Lane area of Astwood Bank, Redditch.
The theft happened at 1.45pm yesterday (Thursday, May 4) when a man entered the property and took the key for the car before leaving in the vehicle with another man. It was driven away down Sambourne Lane towards Studley.
One man was described as of average build and height, wearing a dark coloured jumper. The second was of a similar build and wore a grey top/jumper.
Investigating officers are following a number of lines of enquiry to trace the vehicle and find the people responsible. They are also appealing for information from the public.
Detective Inspector Edward Slough said: “We would like to hear from anyone in the area at the time who saw a white Audi A3 S Line or anyone, particularly two men, acting suspiciously. I would also urge anyone who knows who is responsible to come forward. You can speak to the police directly or remain anonymous by contacting Crimestoppers.”
