A WOMAN was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday morning (January 5) following an incident on a multi-storey car park near the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
One ambulance, two paramedic officers, the Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car and the Midlands Air Ambulance attended the scene at around 10.55am.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival we discovered one patient, a woman, who was treated for potentially serious injuries before being transported to the hospital by land ambulance for further assessment.”
Inspector Mark Chappell said: “I would ask for anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information to please get in touch by calling 101 and quoting incident 210s of 5 January 2020.”
