WORK has begun on the third and final phase of an Alcester retirement village.
An additional 49 retirement cottages are due to complete in September 2024 at Great Alne Park.
The first two phases of Great Alne Park have been incredibly popular and the village is already over 60 per cent sold, with an even split of interest in cottages and apartments.
