REDDITCH United played out a 1-1 draw with Gornal Athletic in the club’s latest pre-season outing.
A trialist drew Redditch level after the break at Garden Walk after Jake Short put the home side ahead.
The Reds play three levels above Gornal who ply their trade in Midland Football League Division One.
However, the home side stunned Redditch on 54 minutes when a clearance ricocheted off Short and went into the net.
United equalised four minutes later when a trialist headed a cross into the top corner.
Redditch continue their pre-season campaign against Loughborough Students on Saturday, April 25 with kick-off at 3pm at the Valley Stadium.
