REPORT
Quinton Athletic secured their place in the Keith Turner Cup final with an 8-3 hammering of Austin Ex Apprentices as Jordan Murphy (4), Jack O’Donnell (3) and Jordan Walters were all on target.
And Quinton will meet Rubery Athletico in the final with the game to be played on Sunday, April 2 with kick-off at 1pm.
Elsewhere, the Hunt Crane Cup final will be contested between Astwood FC Reds and South Birmingham Activ with the game to be played on Sunday, April 2 with kick-off at 4pm.
In the Terry Cup, Rubery Athletico advanced to the semi-finals with a 6-2 win against Rubery Memorial whilst a Jimmy Ward hat-trick helped Rednal Bilbao to a 6-0 victory against Headless Cross as they also reached the last four.
And in the Jim Fleeman Cup, Andy Seager scored the only goal as Oasthouse Athletic edged out Hizza United 1-0 to reach the second round.
In the Supplementary Cup, VKL United beat Frankley United 6-3 as Sam Osmond netted a hat-trick whilst AFC Thomas Brothers beat Catshill 3-2 and Arrow Valley thrashed Bartley Reds B 13-2 in a goal fest with a hat-trick each from Leon Kandekore and Janny Dinanga as well as two goals from Oli Whitehouse.
In the Championship’s only game, Meadow Park drew 3-3 with Astwood FC as both teams came away with a share of the spoils.
And in League 1, Redditch Borough LA edged out Crusaders 2-1 as the teams swapped places in the table whilst Churchfields and Bromsgrove Rangers drew 2-2 as Rangers moved up to third in the standings.
In League 2, Red Star Bromsgrove secured a 1-0 win against FC Redditch to move into fourth place whilst league leaders South Birmingham Activ beat Catshill Rangers 2-0, Lydiate Casuals drew 3-3 with Astwood Reds as Jake Booton scored twice and Stoke Prior beat second-placed Redditch Town 2-0.
Lastly, in the Worcestershire FA Sunday Junior Cup quarter-finals, AFC Walkwood and Feckenham beat AFC Blackwell 4-2, Redditch Borough JW beat Cropthorne First 4-0 and FC Arrow Spa beat Three Lions Athletic 7-2.
