INKBERROW Eagles Ladies claimed a late 4-3 victory against Welland in a seven-goal thriller at Sands Road.
The Eagles broke the deadlock on 10 minutes when Carly Gilsenan fired a shot past the Welland goalkeeper.
However, Welland turned the game on its head soon after as Victoria Snape netted a quickfire brace.
The home side equalised on 35 minutes when Lucy Pearl rounded the goalkeeper and finished into an empty net to sends the teams in level at the break.
Welland reclaimed the lead after the interval as Snape completed her hat-trick.
However, Inkberrow drew level for a second time courtesy of Ava Bond Evans’ goal before Pearl grabbed her second of the game late on to seal a memorable win.
