INKBERROW Eagles Girls retained their Worcestershire under-15 County Cup title with a commanding 7-1 victory against Redditch Borough Girls.
The Eagles took an early lead through Izzy only for Redditch to draw level soon after.
However, a brace from Millie put Inkberrow in command at half time.
And further strikes from Evie, Izzy, Erin and an own goal ensured the Eagles retained the cup.
Inkberrow’s girls and women’s secretary, Mark Wilkinson said: “It’s excellent to see these players lifting the cup again.
“Some of the girls started playing football after joining the club’s FA Accredited Wildcats Centre and some of them will soon be eligible to play in our women’s team which is testament to our aspirations for the girls and women’s section.”
The club recently opened its new 3G floodlit pitch while the men’s Sporting Club Inkberrow team won promotion to Step Four for the first time in their history.
