REDDITCH United have confirmed the signing of versatile defender Luke Ward for the 2025/26 season.
Ward joins the Reds from Northern Premier League Midlands side Sporting Khalsa where he won the manager’s player of the season award last term.
The 23-year-old can play across the back four and previously had a brief spell with the Reds during the 2023/24 campaign.
Reds boss, Mike Fowler said: “Luke is a player that has come highly recommended to me from several people that I trust in the game.
“I have watched him play on several occasions and he has impressed each time.
“He’s a versatile defender who can play anywhere along the back four and will suit how we play with his technical ability.
“He also fits our model in terms of profile and potential. I am looking forward to working with him.”
Ward spent time in the academies of Wolverhampton Wanderers and Shrewsbury Town.
He later featured for the likes of Bromsgrove Sporting, Kettering Town, Hednesford Town, Taunton Town and Alfreton Town.
