And Church broke the deadlock on 20 minutes when Shay Willock flicked on a long throw from the left and Ngandu lashed a first time shot past the Gornal goalkeeper.
Alvechurch doubled their lead on 31 minutes as Pearce rose highest to head in Ngandu’s corner from the right.
Alvechurch are next in action against Hednesford Town on Tuesday, July 15 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Lye Meadow.
