REDDITCH United have signed teenage goalkeeper Tyrese Warmington on a three-month loan deal from Birmingham City.
The 18-year-old featured as a trialist for the Reds in two of their pre-season friendlies.
He saved a penalty against Sutton Coldfield Town and recorded a clean sheet against Anstey Nomads.
Reds boss, Mike Fowler said: “I’m delighted to get the deal for Ty over the line, he’s been fantastic in the two pre-season games he featured for us.
“Following the injury to Aaron Flahavan, we had to act quickly to get another keeper in, and Ty will be a great asset for us.
“He’s got a good pedigree for his age, is very athletic and has strong distribution.”
Warmington has featured for Birmingham’s under-18 and under-21 squads.
He recently saved a penalty for Blues against Bromsgrove Sporting in a pre-season fixture.
Warmington previously spent time on loan at Coleshill Town and Stourbridge.
