The Forest Green Rovers loanee scored the game’s only goal shortly before half time at Lye Meadow.
And the result lifts Church up to fourth in the Southern League Premier Central table, four points behind leaders Harborough Town.
Teenager Marquez finished off a flowing move two minutes before half time to settle the contest as Church secured a third straight win in all competitions.
Alvechurch are next in action against Leamington in the FA Cup on Saturday, September 13 with kick-off at 3pm at Lye Meadow.
