ALEX Cameron scored a stunning overhead kick as Redditch United left it late to claim a 3-1 win against Stourbridge.
Cameron’s acrobatic effort put the Reds ahead before the break only for Shay Willock to equalise for the visitors 15 minutes from time at the Valley Stadium.
However, late goals from Reece Flanagan and substitute Fabian Reynolds sealed the points for the Reds.
The result means Redditch sit fourth in the Southern League Premier Central table.
Redditch took the lead in style on 24 minutes when Jimmy Richardson looped a high hanging cross into the box from the right and Cameron sent a stunning overhead kick into the net from 12-yards out.
However, the visitors equalised on 75 minutes as Willock lashed a shot into the net after Redditch goalkeeper Tyrese Warmington failed to claim a corner from the left.
Mike Fowler’s side reclaimed the lead five minutes from time when Flanagan forced a shot past Stourbridge stopper Charlie Price from Cameron’s lay off.
And the home side sealed the points on 89 minutes as Reynolds took the ball past Price and finished from a tight angle to score his first goal for the club.
Redditch are next in action against league leaders Harborough Town on Monday, September 22 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Valley Stadium.
