SPORTING Club Inkberrow came from behind to secure a 3-1 home win against Tavistock AFC as Jack Tolley netted a brace.

Inkberrow fell behind to a goal from Bradley Williams only to stage a second-half comeback at Sands Road.

A brace from Tolley put the home side ahead before Noah Rubio sealed the points for Sporting.

The result means Inkberrow sit 17th in the Southern League Division One South table.

Tavistock broke the deadlock on 31 minutes when Williams produced a smart finish from close range.

However, Sporting equalised four minutes after half time as substitute Tolley finished from 12-yards out.

And the home side completed the turnaround on 64 minutes when Tolley fired home from close range after Jay Higgins-Pugsley saw his initial effort saved by Tavistock goalkeeper Daniel Holman.

Inkberrow completed the scoring on 75 minutes as Rubio found the net from close range from Nathan Benson’s pass.

Sporting Club Inkberrow are next in action against Mousehole on Saturday, October 25 with kick-off at 3pm at Interiora Trungle Parc.
