REDDITCH United dropped out of the play-off places following a 1-1 draw away at Bury Town while results elsewhere did not go in their favour.
An early goal from Danny King put the Reds ahead only for Callum Page to draw the home side level at Ram Meadow.
The result means Redditch sit sixth in the Southern League Premier Central table, one point outside of the play-off places.
Mike Fowler’s side made the perfect start when King followed in to finish from close range after Bury goalkeeper Charlie Beckwith could only parry Liam Loughlan’s initial effort with the game five minutes old.
And the Reds somehow failed to double their lead moments later as Beckwith kept out Dexter Dudley-Toole’s header before Mikey Davis cleared a follow-up effort off the line.
However, Bury equalised on 24 minutes when Page volleyed home from close range after the Reds failed to deal with a cross into the box from the left.
The two teams traded chances soon after as Page curled a shot narrowly wide while Aaron Bishop lashed an effort past the post at the other end.
Reds goalkeeper Tyrese Warmington then had to be alert to push Davis’s cross from the left behind as the ball threatened to dip under the crossbar.
Redditch went close after the break as Beckwith pushed Alex Cameron’s header from Loughlan’s cross to safety.
And Matty Warburton then slammed a shot against the crossbar before Cameron headed narrowly wide.
The Reds remained on top as debutant Alex Foreshaw saw his diving header come back off the crossbar just moments after his introduction from the bench.
Bury failed to clear their lines as the ball made its way back to Foreshaw in the box only for the defender to see his goalbound effort blocked.
Foreshaw then produced a vital goalline clearance as he sliced Jamie McGrath’s header behind with Warmington beaten to preserve a point for the visitors.
