POWER Maxed Racing extended their pre-season programme to include an additional day of testing at Croft ahead of the new BTCC season.

The Studley-based team ran all three of their cars in an extra privately-run test day following a productive couple of days of testing.

The team ran both LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing cars alongside a standalone entry.

Team drivers Aiden Moffat and Mikey Doble continued their work in the LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing machines, while Dexter Patterson remained focused on development duties in the Power Maxed Racing entry.

All three drivers completed valuable mileage as the team worked through its programme.

Across the two days at Croft, the focus has centred on reliability and data gathering, providing a strong foundation as the team continues to develop its new package ahead of the 2026 season.

Power Maxed team principal, Adam Weaver said: “To be able to organise and execute an additional full test day at such short notice is a real credit to the commitment and effort of everyone within Power Maxed Racing.

“It shows the determination across the whole team to make the most of every opportunity and ensure we’re in the strongest possible position heading into the season.”

Doble added: “You can tell already this is going to be a great car.”

Moffat said: “If this is how it feels after its first five laps, we are going to have a great season.”

Power Maxed Racing will now look ahead to the season launch event at Brands Hatch on Wednesday, April 8.
