IT WAS a Redditch Schools Cross Country competition to remember for The Vaynor First School which enjoyed individual and team successes.
Each school had 14 runners – seven boys and girls – in action in the annual event at Walkwood.
Vaynor’s Darcey Hocking and Alfie Morris won their respective races and Vaynor also won the team competition for the second successive year.
