BROMSGROVE & REDDITCH Athletic Club’s under 13 boys’ squad maintained their superb form by winning their Midland Counties Cross Country Championship age group on Saturday.
The event at Prestwold Hall, Loughborough, covers ten counties from the Midlands and South West, with the top four finishers from each club counting towards the final total.
Matt Bevins (8th), Nathan Sanders (13th), Sam Hembry (14th) and Willem Hembry (23rd) were comfortable winners of their age category, with Northampton AC and Birchfield Harriers second and third respectively.
B&R’s under 13 boys point-scorers were well supported by team-mates William Pridden (26th) and Spencer Mayne (119th).
