CRITICALLY acclaimed acoustic trio Whalebone are coming to Earlswood Village Hall as part of their 2016 ‘Seasons’ tour on Saturday, April 9.

The group, who have won several international awards for their music, have a passionate belief in bringing their entertaining show to community venues.

“We like to share real music with real people,” says Whalebone fiddle-player Sarah Ibberson.

“There’s nothing better than playing to a hall full of people each of whom you can see, talk to and connect with. And each of those people can see, talk to and connect with us too. It’s a two-way thing, and we’ve nothing to hide!” she laughs.

Whalebone’s show features high energy acoustic music alongside haunting atmospheric tunes. The show includes inventive interpretations of traditional music, rock classics and original material from across their ten-year career.

The show will also feature brand new material together with tall tales, folklore and the myths which inspired the music.

Tickets are £12 (including a two-course supper) and are available on 01564 703674 or online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/whalebone.
