NEXT Sunday February 11, sees the welcome return of Jack Blackman’s Tuery Sessions music night at The Cross Keys, Alcester.
On stage will be Anne-Marie Sanderson, a singer who’s voice has been described as evoking birds in flight – soaring, gliding, swooping – before finding its home among the tall trees of her deft guitar work.
Following in the tradition of timeless singer-songwriters, her music is often compared to that of Joni Mitchell and Nick Drake, but fans and critics alike recognize that she is all her own.
Joining her will be Boss Acoustic offering the hits of Bruce Springsteen delivered by acoustic guitar featuring hits, fan favourites and classic deep cuts. Fronted by the Stephen Steinhaus, they are sure to take on this town full of losers and pull out of here to win.
All that plus a raffle. 6pm start. Free entry.
