REDDITCH-based Indigo Arts is opening up its town centre Arts Lab to those who wish to get creative with open studio arts sessions, and creative writing workshops.
The sessions are designed for everyone, whether budding writers and artists, those with experience they want to share with others, or those who just need a friendly space to focus on their work.
Led by two experienced professionals in their respective fields, there will be plenty of support, advice and encouragement to help people along, provide inspiration, ideas and a few challenges on the way.
The sessions will be run informally, and as with all Indigo activities will take their lead from participants, ensuring that they develop to best suit those involved, providing a whole range of creative opportunities, challenges and achievements
The projects launch on Monday, June 5, with sessions running from 12noon until 13.30pm.
The Open Studio will run weekly, and the creative writing fortnightly. Sessions are run at the Arts Lab in the Kingfisher Centre, accessed from Vine Street – at the back of the Ecumenical Centre entrance, the cost is £3.75 per session.
