Get rocking, and knitting in Temple Grafton this weekend

Redditch Editorial 9th Jun, 2017   0

FOR something slightly different, head to the The Knitted Character Folk Festival in Temple Grafton this weekend.

On Saturday (June 10) at The Blue Boar Inn, performers including Red Shoes, Landermason, Ange Hardy and The Gerry Colvin band will all be making music for audiences to enjoy alongside doing a bit of knitting.

From 12noon until late. people are invited to bring along their knitting or not and enjoy a day of folk-fun – and see some of their favourite folk singers in knitted form too.

Tonight (Friday), there’s also free music in the bar.

Tickets for the whole day cost £25 and are available from [email protected] or on 07780 982168.
