Offering a wide selection of Authentic Indian dishes with over 25 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in fine Indian Cuisine, they also boast a Celebrity TV Chef from Delhi, who has his own unique spice, you will certainly not be disappointed by the selection of dishes available…
The Candle Night Restaurant is located at 101, Mount Pleasant in Redditch and if you love Indian cuisine like I do they have all your favourite dishes such as Chicken Starters, Indian Speciality, Sea Food Starters, Tandoori, Veg Starters, Vegetable Sides and many more.
I opted for Bcolli Manchurian to start and The Angara Salmon Tikka for main and I have to say I was in taste heaven. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a try. I’m sure the Angara Salmon Tikka must win awards it was so flavoursome!
To be honest you are assured an amazing experience here whatever you try. Everything looks amazing and when I asked fellow diners what they thought too, they were singing every dish’s praises. If you get the chance then do try some of the traditional dishes on offer but they also have some great vegetarian option and also a substantial seafood menu which I loved.
The Candle Night also have a fully licensed bar and are Fully Air conditioned with beautiful atmospheric lighting and a car park to rear and there is always a taxi nearby which is ideal for those of you who like to wash your curry down with a nice Indian beer or even Champagne? I mean why not it is all on offer here.
When I was there I asked the Chef to recommend a dish, he smiled and then he ticked nearly every box on the menu, needless to say I suggest you try everything as I certainly intend too…. it is all delicious and unique. I’m already booked in for next week.
The restaurant are also going to be having a Grand Opening party soon. Chef told me:
“We are giving a grand opening party next month so whoever comes to the restaurant before, we will put into our special draw and choose the name and Invite the customer to join in our grand party!”
