POPULAR Redditch choir the Arrow Vale Singers is inviting the local community to their summer concert next Saturday (July 9) at 7.30pm at Webheath Village Hall on Heathfield Road.
With a theme of ‘Show Songs – and More!’ there promises to be something for everyone on the evening.
A choir spokesman said: “We promise our audience a fabulous evening of well-known classics from the worlds of musical theatre, film and television.
“Evergreen favourites from Oliver!, Cats and Mary Poppins will be mingled with newer standards from the likes of Shrek, We Will Rock You and The Lion King, and more besides – including a trip to Dibley.”
Special guest for the evening will be Redditch Has Talent finalist, 18-year-old India Peart-Barr, who having honed her skills through Redditch Operatic Society and Harlequins drama group will perform three solo pieces from her repertoire.
