It promises to be a great family day out and admission is £2 for adults and just £1 for children which includes entry to the Pirates! Fact & Fiction exhibition.

THE Golden Goose, Matchborough is holding a Charity Fun day on Monday, August 28 in aid of bowel cancer. There will be a barbecue, disco, children’s bouncy castle, tombola and Bank Holiday carvery at weekday prices.

THE Rose & Crown Feckenham is holding their 2017 Beer Festival over the Bank Holiday weekend Friday to Monday August 25-28 with live music and food served all day with 14 beers on hand.

STUDLEY Road Social Club is holding a Funday on Sunday, August 27 from 12noon complete with a bouncy castle, face painting, hook a duck, raffle, tombola, barbecue, 360 messy play from 2pm and family disco at 6pm.

ON Sunday August 27, just in time for some Bank Holiday fun is the fourth annual Feckfest – an all day music festival.

Held in conjunction with a local charity cricket match located at Feckenham Cricket Club near Redditch, and with live bands, bars serving real ale and cider, Pimms and Prosecco, it’s a treat for all the senses.

FOR some more fun and games for a good cause, The Lee Andrews Memorial Day will be held on August 27 at Abbeydale Community Club in memory of dad-of-two Lee, who passed away last month.

In addition to raffles, kids’ activities, bouncy castles, face painting and sumo wrestling, a special football match will start off the day kicking off at 12.30pm.
