Worcestershire band Grafton Ash release band new EP

Redditch Editorial 17th Feb, 2017   0

A WORCESTERSHIRE band whose sound draws upon a fusion of electronic and acoustic styles are excited to announce the release of their latest EP.

Four-piece Grafton Ash, who hail from Redditch and Bromsgrove, are releasing their second EP ‘Existing’ today (Friday, February 17) and the four-track, self-produced EP will be available to download on iTunes, Amazon Music, Google Play and Spotify immediately.

Former North Bromsgrove High School students Dan Roberts and Dan Blake formed the band back in 2015, starting out as an acoustic duo before introducing Stephen Ashford and Sam Dimmick to help create a more explosive sound on stage.

With their strong vocal harmonies and fusion of electronic and acoustic styles, the pop-folk band’s live set projects energy and has attracted attention and backing from BBC Introducing.

Last year also saw the band share the stage with The Feeling, The Fratellis and Racing Glaciers and they have played sold out shows at Birmingham O2 Institute and Covent Garden’s prestigious Hospital Club.
