AN EVENING of some of the best songs from the musicals is on offer at Pershore Number 8 Community Arts Centre.
After last year’s very successful Sing-a-long, Mama Mia, Pershore Operatic and Dramatic Society (PODS) invite you to come along and sing your favourite Rodgers and Hammerstein songs next Saturday, September 30 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
What better way to enjoy an evening than to sing such songs as ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Oh, What a Beautiful Morning’, ‘There’s Nothing like a Dame’, ‘Whistle a Happy Tune’, ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ and many, many more.
If you feel inclined dress up as a character from your favourite musical, most of all come and have fun and a good sing!
Part of the evening’s proceeds will go to Cancer Research UK and Children in Need.
