REDDITCH United have confirmed the departures of two key members of their backroom staff.
Player-assistant manager Calum Flanagan and first team coach Ryan Conneely have both left the club.
Redditch recently appointed Matt Clarke as the club’s new manager after Tim Flowers suddenly resigned as Reds boss before United beat Stamford 2-1 last weekend.
A club statement reads: “Calum and Ryan have both been integral members of the coaching staff and have played significant roles in the development and success of the team.
“Calum, who also served as a player, has been a key figure on and off the pitch, demonstrating professionalism and leadership that will be sorely missed. Ryan has contributed greatly to the team’s tactical development and training standards, ensuring the club continually strives for excellence.
“The club would like to extend its gratitude to both Calum and Ryan for their commitment, hard work, and dedication during their time at Redditch United.
“Matt Clarke will now begin the process of reviewing the backroom staff and will provide updates in due course.”
