REECE Flanagan scored twice as Redditch United romped to a 5-0 win against Boldmere St. Michaels in FA Cup first round qualifying.
Flanagan struck twice after Danny King’s opener before AJ George and Aram Soleman were both on target in the second half at the Valley Stadium.
And Redditch will travel to National League North side Peterborough Sports in second round qualifying on Saturday, September 16 with kick-off at 3pm at Lincoln Road.
The Reds took the lead on 13 minutes when King finished from six-yards out after good work from Flanagan down the left.
And Flanagan then scored a sublime goal on 25 minutes as the midfielder curled a first time effort into the right corner of the goal from 15-yards out.
Flanagan grabbed his second of the game just two minutes later with a similarly impressive finish, curling a low shot into the bottom right corner from just outside the penalty area.
With the home side firmly on top, the Reds extended their lead on 78 minutes following a quick counter attack as Soleman drove forward before picking out George who coolly applied the finish.
And Matt Clarke’s side completed the scoring in injury time when Soleman pounced on a mistake at the back to finish into an empty net.
Redditch are next in action away at Hitchin Town on Saturday, September 9 with kick-off at 3pm at Top Field.
