THE ST BEDE’S Catholic Middle School team turned on the style to win the annual district athletics competition for the 17th year in a row.
The two-day event, held across two Tuesdays in June at the Abbey Stadium, saw several St Bede’s pupils win their events and four school records broken.
Both the KS2 (years five/six) and KS3 (years seven/eight) St Bede’s teams prevailed and their pupils will now look forward to a further competition on July 7 when individual competitors can win medals rather than competing as a team.
