MARTIAL artists from Redditch Taekwondo Club came away with five medals at the GTUK British Championships.
The club’s head instructor, Miss Ridgard, won silver and bronze while Miss Alexiu won gold and Miss Shepard secured bronze and silver.
All three members made an impact on and off the mat, displaying humility in their performances.
Miss Ridgard said: “I am immensely proud of the junior girls who entered the competition, they showed great techniques in patterns and are both very talented sparrers.”
