LLOYD Glasspool and playing partner Julian Cash recovered from a set down to reach the third round of the men’s doubles at Wimbledon.
Redditch’s Glasspool produced an impeccable final service game to ensure the duo secured a hard-fought 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 victory on Court 12.
Number three seeds Glasspool and Cash overcame unseeded French pair Corentin Moutet and Arthur Reymond in three sets.
The French pair stunned the defending Wimbledon men’s doubles champions to take the first set.
However, Glasspool and Cash recovered to win the second set and secured a crucial break in the third set to reach the third round.
The British duo won 88 per cent of points on their first serve while Glasspool closed out the match with a service game to love.
