Trio are crowned English champions

Liam Moakes 4th Apr, 2016 Updated: 18th Oct, 2016

REDDITCH Tigers & Studley Tae Kwon-Do has three new English champions from the recent Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain English Championships at Worcester.

The dozen club members who competed performed extremely well including Ty Adkins who became individual English champion as he sparred very well to win overall and also secured gold in the tag team event with his two other team-mates.

Ty’s sister Maddie Adkins claimed third place in her tag team event and Mark Roberts became individual English champion and secured a bronze medal in the tag team competition.

Also victorious was Rob Rea who sparred brilliantly to take the gold medal in his individual event.

The Tigers and Studley Tae Kwon Do are proud of all of their students who attended and hope to see a world champion or two crowned in July at the World Championships at Birmingham’s Barclaycard Arena.
