Church will host the Brakes at Lye Meadow on the weekend of Saturday, September 13.
Alvechurch play one level below Leamington who ply their trade in the National League North.
Winning clubs will receive £3,375 while losing clubs will receive £1,125.
Alvechurch beat divisional rivals Barwell 4-2 to reach the second round qualifying stage.
